The cup experience

A clean, easy-drinking cup of chocolate and caramel with gentle citrus and a soft nutty finish.

Roast 38340 puts HCC's Kavre profile into the easiest format we make. Open the sachet, hook the drip bag over your cup, bloom it and pour. The paper filter keeps the cup especially clean while the medium roast holds onto the familiar chocolate-caramel sweetness and gentle citrus lift. No grinder, no machine, no compromise on the coffee.

AROMA

Chocolate, caramel, citrus zest and toasted nuts.

SWEETNESS

Caramel-forward and smooth, with a naturally easy-drinking character.

ACIDITY

Gentle citrus brightness, softened by the medium roast.

Finish

Very clean, lightly nutty and sweet — ideal for repeat sipping.

Flavour profile

Specialty coffee. No equipment drama.

The story behind HCC

Nepal had the coffee. It needed a place on the world's table.

Himalaya Coffee Company began with a simple discovery: exceptional coffee was already growing across Nepal's terraced hills, yet the origin remained largely unseen. Rooted in a fourth-generation family legacy in food and agriculture, founder Dhanvie Dugar returned home to help change that.

Today, HCC works across the value chain to bring more visibility, quality discipline and market access to Nepali specialty coffee. Every batch is part of a larger ambition: make the origin memorable, make sourcing more transparent and ensure more value travels back toward the communities that grow it.

The ambition is not to make Nepal imitate a familiar coffee origin. It is to help the country build a flavour identity of its own.
